The building is beautiful, with a lot of historical touches and great lounge/bar/lobby area that has a great energy to it. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The staff/service was amazing - all very friendly and willing to help make our stay a great experience.

We absolutely loved staying here!! The rooms and lobby are gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - such lovely people working here. The location to downtown is great. The valet parking is expensive but we parked in a covered parking lot around the corner for 8$ a night with no issues! Highly recommend if you want to make your trip to Colorado Springs extra special!
