The hotel itself was clean but the air conditioning system did not work well. Even after placing the thermostat in high fan with the lowest possible setting the room was hot and stuffy. We asked to change rooms, which they gladly accommodated, however this didn’t help as the new room was not much colder.

Our stay at The Antlers was absolutely incredible. Beautiful Hotel with an outstanding view of Pikes Peak or Downtown. The Gentleman that helped me out at the front desk I am so sorry I forgot your name but impeccable service 10/10. We had an issue with our first hotel (nightmare start to the day) this gentleman was so helpful to find us a room with our choice of view, he gave us complimentary drink vouchers for the bar because of what happened to us that morning and it was my birthday. Thank you sir you turned my birthday around it was such a breath of fresh air. The pools and hot tubs at this place are amazing and super clean! Free arcade games and pool! Easy access to the highway and about 14min from Garden of the Gods. The breakfast was top notch and they had two restaurants to eat at as well. If we ever return to Colorado Springs I know where I am staying!

The hotel is supposedly a nice hotel but we found flaws. The room we were given was hot and AC panel removed. Went downstairs and got new room. New room was handicapped accessible. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut unless locked. The air vent in bathroom didn’t work. The panel holding toilet paper holder to wall was broken. No microwave in room. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. We had to validate our own parking ticket every time that we left. No room service. No utensils or complimentary breakfast/coffee/drinks for breakfast. Breakfast buffet $22.

Love this location! It is an older hotel and the rooms show it. Love the bar and bartenders, however morning front desk staff did not help when the ice machines on several floors were not working. She had me go to each floor with my cooler to find ice. Ended up going to a gas station to buy a bag of ice. Not the end of the world, just an inconvenience.

Awesome place to stay in Colorado Springs. Just a block away from downtown, 5-10 minutes from Old Colorado City shopping, less than 15 from Manitou Springs AND the mountain views are unmatched. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy.
