Our room was absolutely dirty and smelly and the AC did not work and we requested a new room and they would not give us a new room and so we filed a complaint and checked out and had to get a different hotel. We are hoping for a refund for this because this was absolutely unacceptable. I have pictures for proof of how filthy the room was.

Horrible.

commode clogged.. Not fixed until checkout. With 2 little kids... Taking them to potty all night to different stairs bathroom was painful. Again had to share taking turns for bathrooms.. Building is old and common spaces are dirty especially elevator.. I could have booked other cheap motels instead of quality inn which is double price.. I blame hotels. Com for giving excellent reviews.. Do not book this one.

Pleasant stay

Stay was great, good food choices for breakfast, kids loved the pool, loved the hot tub, except last day of stay hot tub was warm and had to be worked on. Very clean, no smart TVs unfortunately for apps, but ok selection of channels. Was not happy that I could not choose my choice of payment when I arrived. Most hotels do that I stay at, not sure if that's the hotel or staff did not know what they were doing. Other than that staff was polite and helpful. Good choices of restaurants around and nearby options for groceries, even a dollar tree and Walgreens a few miles away.

Great stay

This hotel had everything you could want. The hot tub and pool area was so nice. The room had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The room was very spacious. The breakfast had everything you could want. There was a selection of hot items - eggs sausage waffels - cereal oatmeal yougart muffins toast and bagels. I didnt want to spend a lot on a hotel and this was so reasonable with everything i was looking. It was great and the front desk people were so nice.
