When I arrived at the property I wasn't acknowledged at all and when the employee was free she just stared at me until I began the conversation. That night, I woke up to the people in the next room slam their door so hard that it shook my room, they were then fighting for the next couple of hours and I got no sleep that night. The following evening I could hear them getting drunk again so I opted to change rooms. This isn't the fault of the hotel but the walls are incredibly thin. Additionally, my key cards kept failing so I was forced to go back down to the desk to get them fixed, then finally on the third day I was told that electronics void them. Understandable, but that is probably something you want to tell folks when they check in as we all are walking around with multiple electronics basically all the time. Finally, in the new room I moved to the bedspread had multiple stains on it. Throughout my stay the customer service was nonexistent, we don't have to be best friends but maybe make an attempt at a human experience? Ultimately, I came for the continental breakfast and that was the saving grace of this whole experience. 3/10
