Great stay. We were in for my son’s hockey game so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Wish they provided some pots and pans like most with half kitchen do or I would have packed mine.

Very close to the US Air Academy. Up on the plateau made it for a lot of wind, but the newness and cleanliness of the location more than made up for it. Nice room with ability to use refrigerator and a lounge chair.

Check-in was horrible. I had called the check in lady at 3:30.Nov 5th! And told her we would not be arriving at the property until 2:30 AM Nov 6th. We showed up at 2:15 to check in. The guy behind the desk was like how may I help you? I said we are here to check on our double rooms. Hey, said OK i’ll get you the rate. I said man we have already paid for that three weeks ago on Expedia. I give him my itineraries number he looks it up and says yes I see you here but it’s expired. I said man, the lady that I talk to at 3:30 told me that we would be good when we got here. He started getting very stressed out couldn’t figure out what the hell he was doing at all. Kept pulling different books out of a little drawer. Trying to walk him self through the computer. Then he tells me I’m out of luck he can’t let me ycheck in unless I pay for a new day. So then I turn around and pay for the same hotel room double the money he gives us our keys and that is one bed in each room with six people to sleep! Keep in mind we just drove 13 hours straight through. The last four hours doing 30 mile an hour in a snowstorm. Now I’m paying $150 per room when it was only 50 to book it online! Definitely would not recommend!

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. I wasn't too thrilled about their "breakfast in bed" options because they didn't offer complimentary breakfast. The shower has very little water pressure. It was a little farther north of Springs than we thought, but overall, it was pleasant experience and the overall price was good.
