Excellent value and large room w kitchenette

An excellent value with a kitchenette in the very spacious room with equally spacious bath. Immaculate. Temp was 71° with no in-room climate control. Coffee maker, hairdryer, and mini-shampoo kit included. Small TV. So many outlets! Full to the brim ice basket in the ridge. Couple of USB ports in the desk, which was handy because I forgot my charger but had a cord in the car. Friendly front desk staff. Snacks at the desk and nice continental breakfast set up in the lobby. Had both a deadbolt and a swivel arm, which I much prefer to a chain, but the hotel felt and looked quite safe. Never heard a peep from another guest though the parking lot was full. Nice gym. Will absolutely stay here again.

Not Nice After 1 Night

It was going good with the room and the service until the next day when I tried to stay another night. I got money withdrawn in a 30 minute trip before the checkout time. I bought the next night (with quite the uncomfortable lobby due to its regulars), but apparently room service didn’t get the memo. My clothes and items were taken with only my charger being given back. I tried to get my clothes (including socks and underwear) from the staff, but they could not find them. I got frustrated, got a refund on my second night and left. Overall, just disappointed with the area and disorganization that came along with it.
