Not Nice After 1 Night
It was going good with the room and the service until the next day when I tried to stay another night. I got money withdrawn in a 30 minute trip before the checkout time. I bought the next night (with quite the uncomfortable lobby due to its regulars), but apparently room service didn’t get the memo. My clothes and items were taken with only my charger being given back. I tried to get my clothes (including socks and underwear) from the staff, but they could not find them. I got frustrated, got a refund on my second night and left. Overall, just disappointed with the area and disorganization that came along with it.

Whenever we go to Colorado Springs, we stay at the MCM Elegante. We like this hotel because the price is reasonable, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are great.
