We called before checkin spoke with jazmine, however you spell it confirmed the booking explained itnwould be a late landing for us told it was okay drove over an hour to be told they dont see our name gave them the info and showed them spike with my agent who booked it everything was good on my end the hotel failed us

Traveled from California Stay there for over a week facility is New and nice .. very clean .. but manager isn’t very helpful ..extended my stay for an extra three days and wanted to get an early check-in to my new room wasn’t accommodated and had to move everything the following day in the morning! Sucked reception and staff are friendly and nice .. reason for my visit was visiting my son that is based in Fort Carson .. loved the area ! Base is only 15 minutes away
