Great stay overall. But the elevators need updated, the room was not deeply vacuumed because we found crumbs upon entering, the hot tub had tobacco packs and old algae growing all around. We love staying here and come here once a year, but would love some of the things to be updated.

The photos advertise balconies in the rooms, which is a main reason we booked at this hotel, only to arrive to find out that they have removed the balconies from this hotel, locked up the windows and you aren’t even able to open a window for your room. Disappointed that the listed website photos aren’t updated. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known this.

I stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs every year when I visit my daughter and grandchildren. They love the pool / hot tub and the breakfast is second to none. The staff is always very helpful and courteous.

Good price but not worth the money if you want a quiet stay. Perfect hotel if you want to let all your kids run around without supervision in pajamas. Overwhelmed staff was great, but the hotel was not what I wanted. Great breakfast and breakfast staff works hard.

Absolutely love the breakfast here, so many selections, fresh fruit , waffles and an omelet station. Check in was good , front desk attendant was welcoming and friendly. I would have to say my only complaint was the pool room was cold in the evening and when the fan for the a/c turned in in the room it smelled a little musty . All and all though it was good, my kids love this motel, it’s clean and comfortable.

The front desk lady was nice and they took care of the problem we had in the room with the TV channels not working and then the toilet overflowing they did accommodate us for some of our second night of a discount but the people that serve the food are very rude and disrespectful

My son and his family stayed here for about a week and truly enjoyed it. My 2 granddaughters loved the pool and my daughter in law loved the hot tub. They had a Mountain View room that was very comfortable and quiet. Will definitely consider this property again the next time we need to house relatives or friends.
