Generally the hotel seemed kept up. The property was maintained and felt safe. The room needed updates, it also had an strange scent and nats were living in the sink overflow drain. The water pressure for the shower was very bad, needs new fixtures.

We love coming here and we really like this hotel. Only thing is during our stay the heated pool was unusually cold and airconditioning is running instead of heater ( so it makes it more cold). Not sure if suppose to be like that but the kids enjoyed it. Just had to go back and fort in the hot tub.

Wonderful place to stay in Colorado Springs
I came into town for a concert and my daughters and I stayed at the Double Tree in Colorado Springs. The hotel staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The complimentary cookies were very nice. The lobby was gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
