Great place in North Colo Springs

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed a walk along the river path right outside the hotel. Hotel is older, but they keep it clean and comfortable.

My room was in some pretty desperate need of repairs. the dresser drawer handles were broken or missing. Lampshades were torn, lightbulbs burnt out in lights by the bed. The air conditioning unit by the window was in need of a DEEP clean as well. Also found the last persons socks on the floor. The walls are a bit thin so made for a bit of a loud night. Staff was very nice though!
