We loved our stay. I did find hair on the top sheet so I did not use the cover on the bed. Other than that, the room elsewhere was clean. I like the updated bathroom and closet. Wish there was a microwave and tea next to the coffee if you don’t want coffee. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would stay again.

Excellent customer service! All staff encountered were friendly, caring and helpful. We had trouble sleeping due to a disturbance down the hall. Security was involved but next time I will bring small white noise machine to drown out noise

I called the day before check-in to chevk on pool status. Told the person we were checking in next day. He said it is year round but was down for maintenance. We didnt bring our suits. The pool was only closed for a few hours the day i called. It was open the whole time we were there. So disappointed. Everything else was good.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. All staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna during our stay in December. Hotel has a convenient free parking garage. The only very minor issues we had were that the TV was a bit difficult to figure out at first, and the mini bar in the room seems way too aggressive (weight sensors?!?) I’d prefer a friendly snack/concessions stand by the elevators rather than a ridiculous mini bar that I have to be careful not to touch. I’d rather they got rid of the mini bar. But as I said, that was just a minor note and we loved the hotel.

easy self park, room very clean and pool area very nice. Fair warning: room has silly mini bar thing so you can't use the fridge which is not convenient or easy. Got charged for putting leftovers in fridge and had to pursue front desk to get charge removed for mini bar items I did not use. Also noted a $40 charge to have mini bar items removed from room, so not kid friendly at all.

We stayed with the property in January after it first opened and the difference is amazing! We loved the layout, designs, and all the decorations. The rooms and view were fantastic. Seeing the sun come up over the ridge every morning was gorgeous. The staff from the valet, front desk agents, servers, housekeeping, and attendants at the boutique were all kind and helpful. They all were smiling and attentive. I work at a resort and club in Colorado Springs and can tell that you are all making sure each guest has a great stay at your hotel. Please make sure your staff all know what a great job they're doing and it is noticed!

This Hotel is beautiful!! Even though it’s a casino the rooms was very quiet. I do suggest a small cooler if you want to keep anything cold.. Pool was nice and warm..
