Modern, stylish hotel, very convenient for main train station and sightseeing. Clean, comfortable and well priced. Rooms were a bit warm as aircon not available and too noisy to open windows.

I had a very enjoyable stay, and I’m grateful to the staff who made it so. The area around the hotel wasn’t great, yet it was a perfect location for the purposes of my trip and I certainly didn’t feel unsafe walking around. My only niggle with the hotel was its policy on coffee, which seemed to be served only between 11.30pm and 11.30am (there was no kettle in the room). This encouraged me to over consume coffee when it was available, which in turn had an unfortunate impact on me later that day (I didn’t make that mistake twice)! The room itself was very nicely laid out, and reasonably quiet. Plus there was no argument about me keeping it for an extra hour after the official check out time, which was truly appreciated. Oh, and the overhead shower in the bathroom was brilliant and, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in recently, there was no limitation on how hot you could make it. So yes – Urban Loft was a great choice for a 3-night stay in Cologne, and I would recommend it to other travellers.

The shower just lets water run out into the bathroom floor unless you barely turn the water on. Very frustrating to take a drip shower on vacation.

I asked at the bar for a whiskey and none was available. The next night staff made sure they had the whiskey I asked for. An example of friendly, helpful staff. Room clean and modern. Lacking shampoo and conditioner- offering just one soap for bathing and hair

Great location for walking in Cologne. The hotel and staff were very friendly and it was a great stay. Garage parking is under hotel. Train is not loud considering main translation is nearby.

This is so convenient to the train station. The rooms are modern yet compact. It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful in pointing out places to eat and what to see. We were very impressed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and modern. The bed was great and the shower had good pressure. It is hard to take a showe without getting the entire bathroom wet since the shower only has a half-door. The only thing i didn't like is the adverised free coffee apparently does not exixt. I was charged for the one coffee i had.

Modern urban vibe. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is the option for an all you can eat buffet breakfast and a small bar is nice for a nightcap. Despite a city train station directly adjacent to the property the room was very quiet. Walkable to the Cologne Cathedral, the main train station, Old Town and a Rhein river walking path. A special thanks to the exceptional staff.

Property was clean and close to main tourist attraction. However the street the hotel is on at night attracts a lot of people dealing and using drugs that being said I never encountered any issues.
