A great location for all major Cologne attractions, but don’t bother with Cathedral view room - it’s angled and you have to stand close to one end of window to see. Staff great!

We booked two rooms; one for our daughters and one for us. We were offered an upgrade for special price which we took for our room. What we got was an upgrade to a king suite which was beautifully appointed, large, and comfortable. The service we received was outstanding. The only complaint is that the lobby had a smell of a backed up septic system, but which cleared by next day. Hotel is next to Köln Cathedral and the Christmas markets. Safe area. Will stay at this hotel on future visits.

Great location, excellent room!
I was in town to check out the Christmas markets and the location of this hotel was PERFECT. A very short walk from the train station and easy access to the cathedral, I was able to get everywhere I wanted to easily. The staff was attentive and helpful and the room was great, with special mention to the amazing water pressure in the shower. Excellent!

Fantastic stay! Our first time in Cologne and it was a brilliant stay. The view of the cathedral is amazing as soon as you step outside - convenient for public transport links, a 30 minute train journey to the main airport and walking distance to local shops, restaurants and museums. The room was lovely and the staff are friendly, so helpful and incredible customer service throughout the hotel. Nice variety of breakfast options - definitely staying again next year - thank you all for the wonderful stay!
