STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Stay away from this hotel! It's a horrible place, terrible conditions, the place is not a HOTEL but a hostel with shared bathrooms and the manager Ioanna refuses to refund me money. I booked a 2 nights stay, with refundable tariff, and immediately after getting there I asked to cancel my second night - the manager Ioanna agreed to the refund, and assured me that I would get the money back (after she has taken a full payment for 2 nights) I left the hotel and now she is denying the refund, she is not responding to emails and phone calls and she lied about giving me the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NEVER BOOK HERE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, this place is a trap and the management is terrible.

Esperienza terribile Sporco rumoroso camera con solo una piccolissima finestra caldo incredibile e cattivo odore docce e bagni in condizioni fatiscenti e sporchi rumore e schiamazzi fino al mattino un inferno. Cet hôtel est un des pires que l’on ai vu, le personnel à peine polie, n’explique rien. L’état de cet hôtel est totalement insalubre, les chambres sont dans des états déplorables (moisissures), les douches et toilettes ont publiques sont très mal entretenues. Il y a de gros soucis d’hygiène et aussi de sécurité vis à vis des autres voyageurs qui squattent devant l’hôtel

Nous sommes rester 30mn et nous avons décidé de partir alors que nous sommes arrivés vers 23h tellement on n avait pas envie de dormir, plusieurs aller et retour des hommes dans le couloir, L air dans l hôtel n était pas seins, la porte ne se fermait pas, il a fallu bricoler ça… quand ils ont fini le bricolage on a décidé de partir de l hôtel et dormir ailleurs malgré l heure tardive. La seule chose que la réception a dit c est qu elle ne peut pas procéder à un remboursement malgré qu ils ont pris facilement 30 mn pour bricoler la porte et qu on était là à attendre… Je déconseille fortement !

Bonsoir venus sur Colmar pour visiter l’hôtel pour dormir sa va chambre propre lit confortable après j’aurai dut me renseigner se qui nous a manqués c’est les toilettes et la douche dans la chambre sinon rien à dire

Für eine Übernachtung akzeptabel aber nicht länger. Zimmer war bei Anreise (abends) nicht mal vorbereitet. TV unbenutzbar wegen fehlender Fernbedienung. Stickig in der Nacht weil keinerlei Lüftung möglich daher haben wir ein Türspalt offen gelassen um besser zu schlafen. Handtücher fehlanzeige bzw. bereits restlos ausverkauft.
