Their customer service is good. The staff was helpful when we needed to change rooms. First room smelled like smoke (not their fault if someone breaks the no smoking rule). Second room had a strong cleaning smell. Unfortunately allergies kicked in. Third room was fine. The staff provided great service to accommodate us.

The bathroom in our room needed a good scrubbing! The toilet felt like and sounded like it was going to fall every time someone sat down. Tried to call front desk about a large gathering of men in the hall way around 10pm and found the phone was plugged in but didn't work. Traveling with my grand Children that just made me feel a bit unsafe.

Excellent economical price for a one night stay. I wished the breakfast was a little better, no eggs or bacon, and I didn't see the waffle maker till after I finished my bagel. However, it was a pleasant stay and a good price.

This is a mediocre hotel. Staff isn't rude but not friendly and I would consider them lazy. No hand towels in the room, no second roll of toilet paper, at 9:30 p.m. each night doors were opened and closed every 15 seconds until 11:30 p.m., trash around the property, carpets are filthy, the housekeeper doesn't speak english, and the room was extremely dusty (bad for those of us with breathing issues. It felt more like a halfway house than a hotel.
