Three worst things: a fake coffee/deodorizer smell is unbelievably strong... Fridge doesn't work ... And oh yeah ... The freakin' handle for the shower water just pops off as easy as can be and was "fixed" with some jammed in paper to help hold it slightly better!! Unbelievable.

This place looks clean in lobby but in our room was dirty. Refrigerator not working. Floors had hair on them in all different areas. The bedding had blood stains and bedding not clean. Was just an awful place.

Filthy room, breakfast subpar
Our room was filthy, bathroom had dirt in the corners and shower appeared to be from the 80s with straining. Linens and towels all had stains. “Breakfast” was a few bagels, coffee and watered down “juice” with waffle station. Cannot believe this was $130 a night in the condition it was.

Caseyville Quality Inn & Suites.
Upstairs door had no handle on the third floor so after climbing the stairs I had to go back down a flight and come up the elevator to get into the third floor. Ice machine was also not working on the third floor but plenty of ice on the first floor! 😊 Nice spacious room. Lighting was not the best though for reading stories to my granddaughter.

This place was awful. It's fine if you just need a basic place to sleep, however I did not feel safe about bringing my children to this hotel. The gentleman working the front desk had a big wad of chew in his mouth the whole time. The windows in the pool area are ruined and cannot see out of it, and the rules/guidelines were falling off the walls. The elevator has a sign to limit the elevator to four people or one room; it is small and janky and likely would not withstand more than that. When we got to our floor, there were electrical panels open in the hallway. People that walked past us smelled like pot and were obviously preparing for a party that evening (bringing in a huge speaker to their room), and as we walked down the hall to our room, you could see the door jams around some of the rooms had been ruined, either by water damage or something chewing/ruining it. The floor we were on also reeked like smoke of some kind. We did not stay in the hotel room long, as we could not stand the smell of the place. We cancelled the reservation immediately and changed to a different hotel half hour away.

Smoke smell overwhelming
Just a quick night stay. Supposed to be smoke-free, there were people smoking pot in the halls, the room stunk so bad. We ended up having to put a towel under the door to keep out as mu h as we could. Woke up with a headache from it. Honestly the smell of the hotel was enough for me to never visit again.

Was a decent room for a decent price. I stayed three nights bed was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was for 6-9 I went around 8 each time and there wasn’t much left.

THEY HAVE BAD ROACHES WE ASKED TO BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND SECOND ROOM HAD ROACHES ALONG WITH IT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOMEBODY HAD BEEN SMOKING CRACK IN THERE. THERE WAS BURNT MARKS ALONG THE TUB. ITS CHEAP AND NICE LOOKING ON OUT SIDE BUT VERY DECEIVING. DONT NOT STAY HERE.

Do not recommend.
When we first checked into our room, there was a surprise $100 deposit required that was not listed on the app that I saw. When we got to our room after a 5 hour drive, my husband, children, and myself all had to go to the bathroom. There was someone else’s POOP left in the toilet of our “clean” new room, we tried to flush it. It was clogged. When reported, we were simply moved next door where there were exposed outlets, cockroaches, and filth (hair,dirt,stains,etc.). Day 2 of our stay, our key stops working at regular checkout time, our card was only registered for one day. UGH. Terrible headache.

Worst place to stay.
Just a terrible place to stay. Walked in and guy at front desk never greeted us. Then he acted like he didn’t want to help us. He told us he wished his housekeepers spoke English. Got our rooms and as soon as it was unlocked it smelled of marijuana. The other room smelled ok. Tv didn’t work though. Went got our room changed and then our tv didn’t work. Coffee pot was broke unknown when it would be fixed. Pool was closed for some type of oil in the pool! We went to the front desk and asked for our money back. Went across the street to MOTEL 6. Much more friendly, clean rooms and everything worked.

Our experience was terrible from the time we stepped in the front door. John England( front desk clerk) was extremely rude. He even told us that our room may not be cleaned yet and that it would be helpful if housekeeping spoke english. Once we got checked in and went to our room we noticed the indoor pool was locked and the laundry mat was out of service. When we got in our room the TV did not work. I called the front desk and told John about the TV and the pool being locked. I was told we had a old tv and it could not be programed to there new system. Tbe pool had oil in it and no time frame for the pool to open I told him i wanted to speak to a manager, he told me he would message her. No call back so my husband and son -in-law went to the front desk. The manager called and said give them their money back and let them go somewhere else. Manager did not offer an apologize or any kind of resolution. So we went to MOTEL 6. THE BEST GUESY SERVICE WE HAD
