Everything was surface clean, like behind the bed and the edges of the carpet could use more attention. Over all it was fine for a quick over night stay while family was in the hospital.

For $170/night, property should be far better. It served the purpose and was not dirty to a standard of potential bugs or anything like that. It just seemed that the cleanliness did not match what we paid for the room.

The staff upon registering was helpful and showed a genuine interest in me. The room was really clean and fresh. I slept well. The breakfast had oatmeal and self serve waffles, but no eggs. Can't expect that at this price point. I plan on staying again when in the area. A good value.

Wrong charge no help

Issues from check in. Girl at the desk took my ID to check me in and charged my credit card. The amount didn't sound right, but I didn't check right then. She then told me I needed to confirm what was on the screen facing me. None of the information was correct except my address which, I'm sure she put in from my ID. I told her it was all incorrect and she said she couldn't change it. I told her I was not confirming it. She then sighed, took back my ID and changed the information. She said she was unable to change the email address and I'd have to contact their rewards program to change that. Once in my room, I checked what I was supposed to be charged and realized it was wrong. I was unable to speak to anyone at the hotel about it, so I contacted hotels.com via chat. At the end of the chat, the rep stated he was going to speak to a manager on Monday. I haven't heard anything else and the charge went through for ghe wrong amount. Room was ok, water pressure in the shower was lacking, typical hotel breakfast often out of things.

The room was very clean and the front desk lady was so nice but it did take a long time for her to come to the front desk for us to check in. It seemed like no one else was working the whole time we stayed so definitely not her fault and she was wonderful!! Great service, meh rooms.

The staff were extremely helpful, it was a very busy stay while we were there. They did amazingly to keep things clean and tidy, they also worked hard to keep the very busy breakfast area maintained. The breakfast was SUPER limited: coffee, juice, bread for toast with option of jelly or butter, milk, yogurt, two types of cereal, apples, or waffles. The bed frame is sort of loud if you move around on it, it is a metal frame. The room size and amenities is what would be expected. There were definitely issues with water at some point from the water lines, so there was visible damage from the past in the bathroom. But the room was clean and tidy when we arrived and they provided turn down service while we were there too.

This place was very nice for the price. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Free breakfast and friendly staff. I would be fine with coming back.

There was never anyone at front desk except Friday night, so you always had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. I asked about this and they said they were short staffed. The hot tub was broken and pool water cold, they said it was because it was cold outside. Overall you get what you pay for.
