Stayed overnight. Room was clean. Swam. Heated pool was nice. Saw some sites. Slept well! Had breakfast..a good variety to choose from. Was very happy with this place and the staff was friendly. Will stay again.

A good hotel.
I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Shiloh. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. We had a really big snowstorm during my stay. I noticed the staff really focused on keeping the floors clean, dry, and safe.

The hotel was nice enough for a quick overnight. However, we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, the TV didn't work (thank goodness for free wifi) and the phone didn't work to call the front desk to let them know. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed

I was put off by loud children on my floor as we were checking in, but the appearance of the elevator door made me leery of the condition of the hotel. There was a covering on the steel door it was peeling off. The raw steak was exposed in places. The result was very off putting. The last remodeling was quite industrial and stark. The room appearance was clean but not inviting.
