The hotel was clean and had no major issues there besides our shower didn’t work. There was no pressure what so ever. The pool however was horrible. There were a ton of kids with no parents present. I told a manager. She went into the pool area and “walked around” and never said anything to the unsupervised kids. Just wasn’t a great experience for the amount of money I paid to stay one evening.

This was the first hotel stay for my family that we have enjoyed. It was super quiet even though the hotel was bustling with people, there were plenty of options in the area for food (including inside the hotel), and housekeeping was superb when we need a change of sheets. I definitely recommend and will stay in the future if we are in the area.

Loved and appreciated the breakfast and dinner. We were in town for a powerlifting meet and this hotel was super convenient to McKendree Universiity. Also 20 min from the St. Louis Arch, which is a must see. There was an amazing stand out employee that works in the dining room and check in. I wish I knew his name because he was so friendly and kind and the happiest man I have ever encountered at any hotel we have stayed at and we have stayed at many
