Really we only got to sleep and breakfast then headed out. Our room did not have excellent security so we barricaded the door with the coffee table. Placed the paper plastic chairs behind door to at least hear noise if someone wanted to open door.

The rooms were nice but dirty. We actually had to switch rooms when we got in because apparently, they don't wash their floors. There was dried blood on the floor from the last guest, I assume, going from the shower to the entire bedroom area. It was so disgusting. In addition, that room had bugs all by the window seal area. The second room was better, though it looked like someone did burnouts with a tricycle. Message to hotel owners/managers: Put signs up in hallways saying "No running". For your protection and the guest's sanity. Kids ran up and down the hallways the entire trip. Absolutely annoying (of course, we know as parents ourselves that it is up to parents to teach their children it's not appropriate, but some didn't get that message, obviously). Didn't think it was worth the money we paid.

Freezing INDOOR pool/ Breakfast not great.
Beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms. It is Eco-friendly so don't have anyone in your family take the key card or you will be in the dark, totally dark. I picked this hotel for the indoor pool because I would have grandchildren with me. The pool was FREEZING, and after 8 children and 3 adults got dressed into swimming suits only one child could take the freezing water. The breakfast bar offered a little variety. Nothing fresh was out. No fresh fruit, donuts, toast, waffle maker. The breakfast was entirely premade frozen items. I had to leave and get breakfast else where. I paid a lot for this hotel but feel I got ripped off due to the pool/breakfast situation.

Lot of scuffed areas throughout the hotel. In our room 409 the thermostat controls were hanging away from the wall also the showers hot water is throttle to lukewarm this is a major turn off for me and low water pressure. Also not having a hot tub in the pool area was another great disappointment. Also the coffee that is put out for breakfast is the most discussing taste I have ever had my wife said the same.
