We were in town for graduation so prices were much higher than typical, which lowers the overall value of this property. It was clean enough, open and modern, and pretty comfortable. The breakfast was decent enough. The front desk clerks all seemed to be friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I had an unexpected brief stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn in College Station and checked in quite late. The hotel service member for customer service desk was extremely helpful, extremely kind, friendly and upbeat. Her attitude and thoughtfulness made my time checking in much more pleasant on a night that was quite miserable. The accommodations were very nice.

Beware of the Eco-Friendly Rule

I liked staying here before but this time my stay was for 3 nights. Under the umbrella of being "eco-friendly" this hotel does not clean up or enter your room at all. If you want towels you have to go down to the front desk to get them (because I was short on time, I asked the maid in the hallway for some and was told to go to downstairs) and if your trash overflows, YOU are responsible for emptying the trash can and placing it outside your door. For the premium price that I was paying (Aggie graduation weekend) I was very unhappy about this and therefore will not be staying there again. I will go to another hotel where my room will be straightened and clean towels will be in the room when I return.
