The frost room they had us in smelled like cigarettes and bad urine. When I called front desk she sent someone to spray air freshener. It now the smell was overwhelming

Do not stay here

This is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The clerk was fine. The TV didn’t work. The water is not hot. The shower wouldn’t engage despite repeated attempts. How does housekeeping clean without using the shower??? The room was tiny and cramped. The hotel is beside a car wash so you hear that. Traffic noise is not bad. However at 8:30am, the guy started using the leaf blower. So, uncomfortable, no tv, no shower, no hot water. And the check out clerk said “oh” when I reported this all this morning.
