The location of the property was great and the room was clean. We had an issue when we tried to use the hot tub as the water was not in the least bit hot. We also accidently locked our bathroom door. No one was on location to unlock it for us, but the front desk gave us another room.

We chose to stay here as the property was listed as a 4.9 & pet friendly. We’re both leaving with back pain because of the failed mattress. The pillows were like sleeping on foam rocks. We picked up after our dog outside but the lawns had lots of poop & dead birds scattered about. Some attention to the property is needed & new mattresses should be installed.

This hotel was awesome. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean room, bathroom has a vent, room was spacious, AC was controlled on wall and able to have fan on at night for gentle white noise, room 100 was super quiet, lobby called after check in to make sure everything was to our liking, morning staff was cheerful and made sure the area was clean and well stocked. Bring your own soaps and shampoos.

All the staff were amazing! Very friendly! We traveled with two dogs and everyone was very accommodating! Check in and Check out was handled quickly and efficiently! Room was spacious and beds were comfortable! We couldn't have asked for more!
