This is the Bryan location and we were not aware that there was another property in College Station but was not much further. It was reasonably clean and affordable for an overnight ring dunk celebration. A bit older but we made it through the night. I did notice at check in that they had a monitor with cameras on the entire property and facing all walkways and rooms. Not sure if that is a sign of the area but i felt a bit safer.

When I first arrived I was not greeted and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly nor smiling. She tried to charge me an extra $100 dollars when I had already fully paid online . I didnt do it so she wouldbt check me in or give me my key. I waited for 2 hours in the parking lot for shift change and went in again and the front desk clerk at that time went right ahead and checked me in with no issues. They have a good breakfast and washers and dryers. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Very cozy. But the next morning at check out time ,which Is 11am we were bombarded multiple times by 11:07am to check out . Very rude. We were still gathering our belongings and were out by 11:18am. I won't stay again.

Great customer service but the Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in- opinion of the 4 guests in our party. No sleep all night due to the poor mattress quality

It’s $65 so I can’t complain too much. But I had to kill several flies that were very excited to meet me. Paper-thin walls. Poor guy next door cleared his throat every 30 seconds. You get what you pay for. Front desk guy was nice.

Extremely loud embarrassing noises.
Room was clean and comfortable. Went to bed at 10pm, but we were rudely awakened by extremely loud, very embarrassing sounds coming from next room, Noises started at 230AM and did not stop until 600AM. ( Apparently walls are extremely thin)
