Room was clean, staff was friendly snd helpful. The TV clicker was missing, walls are really thin. Heard the room next to us loudly early evening. Refrigerator was very loud each time it came on that night. At a lower price I would say it was a good stay. But the cost was simply too much for what we got

Nice stay

The room was overall nice. It needs some renovating since furniture was scratched and room had a humid smell. But once A/C was turned on, smell got better. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Having a small fridge and microwave was a plus. The office staff was very friendly and they even recommended a nice restaurant close by. The location is great, very close to main highway and several places to eat. Breakfast was ok. They had waffles, some fruit, sweet snacks, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. Since we're not big on breakfast, it was good enough for us.

The room was great. The cleaning staff, Maria and Teresa were so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were NOT so. No greeting when I arrived or when I left. No thanks either.

Overall it was good. However not enough towels, had to be asking for them. Bathroom tub kept leaking after every bath. No swimming pool. Breakfast is waffles and cereals. No scenery at all when looking out the windows. I’d give it a 6 out of 10 for comfort and SERVICE!

My first room smelled like weed and this is a non smoking facility, the bath towels are old and dingy the tv remote needed batteries. The rooms are clean and the breakfast area was very clean.

This was a terrible experience. I thought I was paying a little more for a nicer room that was non-smoking, but no. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist was asleep on the lobby couch. Granted, it was about 3am since our flight was delayed, but still he was just asleep out in the open - not a good look. I got the room keys and we went up but as soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of smoke... in a non smoking room! We were so disappointed. I asked to get another room but we were told that there were no other rooms. We asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. We only got our money back for the second night, which sucks, but I guess that's just policy. Avoid this place. It's just another motel. If that's your jam, then great, but it was not for us one bit.
