Room was stuffy smelled of smoke. There was hair embedded in my towel. The washcloth did not look clean. The tub did not look like it was clean because it had dirt Mark in the tub which disappeared when I turned on the water and stepped in so it was somebody else’s dirt. They are waiting for me. Refrigerator was not cold and it had dirt marks at the bottom of door.
Overall, I guess you get what you pay for didn’t expect much for $81. Very low budget were OK a little but OK.
No towels or wash cloths in the room, filthy conditions outside, people loitering and smoking weed outside, dirty conditions in room (strong odors of mold/mildew and weed). Staff had great customer service skills.
When we checked into the hotel the attendant was polite. When entering the room there was no microwave or refridgerator. I went back downstairs to the attendant and asked to be moved to another room wit a fridge and microwave or give us a fridge and microwave. But was told it would ba an extra charge. I said the room I chose had a fridge and microwave. I was told they could not do that. She spoke to the mannager on the phone, but I was not given the opportunity to speak to him. She said he would be up to check the room. She came up later said a fridge an microwave should be in the room. Someone stole it probably. I was told we would get one, but it never came. The next morning I saw the manager, he only offered a 10 dollar discount. I said it should be twenty for the food we had to throw out. I was not satisfied at all. I will not stay there again.
