The shower had mildew or something like mold. It was black spots in it. There were bugs that joined us. The rooms are hit and miss like some are better than others. Guess it just depends on when you go.

This place is disgusting,the owners and staff don’t care about the customers. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was a mess, food all over, garbage filled of dirty plates, the tables were not clean. The pill was dirty. I don’t even understand how this place is running under the health department.

I didn’t have any of the problems that I’ve read in some of the negative reviews so don’t let that dissuade you from renting here. My experience was all positive… with the exception of the contradicting signs to the ice machine. But that’s no biggie. Quiet, clean, comfy bed.. is all I needed and it’s what I got..and for a reasonable price.

Not a good spot to stay. There was roaches and bed bugs in the room I was in 418! The manager said it was common and gave me a refund. No sorry or we will fix it or anything of that nature. He just walked away! The room also had ceiling damage and cabinet damage. The free breakfast was ransacked as if huge rats was running through it eating everything (very messy area and the food quickly ran out). Only one elevator was working. The outdoors was trashy also and the pool area had beer bottles all over and dangerous equipment was in the pool area as well.

The hotel was okay. We stayed for 2 nights. It was pet friendly which was nice. Our suite was very large which was nice. The first night we didn’t have cold water and the water was very hot! The second day we had cold water. There was one elevator because the other was broken and we were on the 6th floor so there was a lot of waiting on the elevator, we took the steps many times when we didn’t have a lot to carry. But on the day of check out it was a challenge with everyone leaving. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular. No cups for the waffle mix so everyone was using the juice cups and filling it up too full and the mix kept spilling over the waffle maker. It was really messy. But the positive was the bed was comfortable and the suite was large 2 rooms.

DO NOT STAY! Really ran down establishment, Didnt look like my room was cleaned, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Dead cockroach in dresses and alive one running in the batroom. We didnt notice the roaches till the next morning. Worker told me to reach out to manager at one time. I called kept getting hung up on then when someone finally talked to me told me another time called. They said he had already left for the day.

When we arrive the people was talking about a robbery revorded on hotel camara at 3 am. The place was dirty, bad olor in the carpet. The laundry was wet because the ice machine was broke. The trash in the breafast area was always full and the area of the waffle was dirty. No security at all other people enter to the hotel and took breakfast. No good!!

Looks like hotel was being remodeled or definitely under maintenance.breakfast area was not being maintained and cleaned as guest were using tables were dirty . Hotel towels were stained and even found a roach crawling on top of bathroom vanity .

The hotel, although saying they had free WiFi, did not. One elevator was out of service the entire stay. The rooms are nice, and you can tell they’re just started a renovation of the hotel, but does need work in terms on breakfast service and cleanliness at breakfast.
