5 star staff throughout!
The front desk person juggled several of us at check in so that all were served quickly. He responded to a request for alternative pillows (feather allergy) and followed up to make sure we had received them. He warmly welcomed us back after dinner. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to help me with the icemaker - it worked....just a little hard to start. Great view of the harbor. A pleasure to be there!

The property was located right as you enter the waterfront and was easily accessible. Parking is off property for a fee but was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Lighting was a little dim but was acceptable. Overall a great experience due to staff and convenience of location.

Very nice and clean. Comfy room and bed. The breakfast was good and a good selection. Nice area to walk around and I felt safe out walking with my daughter after dark. 15 minute ride to the Smithsonian. Nice shops in the area and good places to eat, all walking distance. 2 things I didn’t like was the street racers noise disruption after dark. We were on the 5th floor and it was still annoying. The other thing I didn’t like was around 1am I was awakened by the strong smell of someone smoking marijuana in their room or hallway the outside hallway. Otherwise I would give top ratings

What I liked best about the property and the room was that they were very clean. The bathroom was clean and I felt comfortable walking around the room without socks on. There was a good selection of snacks in the market and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The big plus is that was more affordable than other hotels at The Harbor. I recommend and would definitely stay there again.
