Had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival. 1st room someone used the shower and no one cleaned it . They moved me to another room. 2nd room no heating work and 35 degrees outside. 3rd room was just doable to go to sleep at this point

The property seemed to be organized and well-kept. The room was clean and air flowed properly throughout the night. We struggled with the breakfast options as the food quality appeared below our expectations. When we asked about the breakfast package, the concierge/food staff was rude and sarcastic with her responses towards my elderly mother. She could’ve answered our questions plainly and simply. This was distasteful but other than that, the service and quality of the stay was above my expectations.

Safe and clean place to stay for those visiting DC but not wanting to stay in the city. It's a 10min drive from the College Park metro station and then a 20min metro ride into the city. Would stay here again!

Would not recommend coming on a weekend if you want sleep. My room was above the event spaces and I heard so much noise throughout the weekend. My room also smelled like feet and I had issues with the card so getting into my room was difficult. Also things were very outdated. I would’ve went to another hotel on my stay.

When we pulled up to the property we seen two cars were broken into and the property didn’t really seem to have empathy that this happened on their property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for safety reasons and also they charged my credit card for unnecessary fees that I shouldn’t have been. They chose to not wash towels claiming we had red substance on them and it was probably make up, they were not gonna try to wash them and I think that’s very unfair just to get a charge. Also they claim it was drug paraphernalia in my room which it wasn’t because it was a smoke free room n I’m allergic to smoke. No one in my room smoked in there. They charged a smoking fee and I’ll be disputing it.

Good quick runaway stay
Pros: The stay we good. Check in was quick. The lady at check in was friendly and nice. Room service was great. Room was very clean no issue. Cons: 1 elevator ..hotel was busy with two events. If you didn’t catch it you have to catch the next one. Another thing power went out don’t know why. But it wasn’t weather or nearby construction it was just out for a few hours. No apologies
