There were roaches in the hotel room. I was told that all they could do is change my room. This was not a clean hotel.

property was clean, the attendance for very accommodating and attempted to satisfy your needs. I did have a problem initially with scheduling which I could attribute to mostly to myself but a solution was finally worked out. Mobile satisfaction is very high with this property. I will attempt to stay there the next time I'm in that area.

Booked a room with a hot tub, was given a standard room and told hotel omis fully booked and hotels.com messed-up. Hotel was definitely older. Would not stay here again. Will not be booking thru hotels.com again.

Don’t stay here
The bed in the room was all crooked and the whole panel was off the A/C heating unit. Sign said used the wall controls they didn’t work. When checking in asked for noon checkout and the said it’s $10 m/ hr said ok. Next morning they come knocking on my door saying they don’t have late checkout for me. When coming back at night had to keep circling to find a parking spot. They had poles blocking several spots that were needed

Good place to stay, the rooms were clean but the deposit of $50 takes very long to be returned onto the bank account. Regular custimers shouldn't be charged a deposit fee. They also start knocking at the door for room cleaning by 9am which is very inconveniencing yet they know one is checking out at 11am.
