Sink was blocked and not draining properly. Cabinets weren’t cleaned. Nonsmoking room was smelling terrible. Shower head was dirty got mold on it. Microwave was having mold in it. Overall it was a terrible experience would not recommend any one.

Be carefull
This hotel had a lot of issues. It was old and smelly. Even inside the fridge was rusty. If breakfast is your requirement stay away because what they call breakfast is only coffee and only one type of small cheap mufin. Also gym was closed.

Place was not clean enough, roaches in the place. I have picture. I asked for extra towels but was told that they didn't have night staff so they could not leave the front desk. When i first got there the room i got smelled like smoke, i told the front desk so she left the desk to check other rooms to find me one that didn't smell like smoke. I will never go back there or recomend anyone to it at all.

Terrible staff did checked me put one day before. Room is full of bugs. Toilet leaks water on each flush. Terrible breakfast.Only good thing is location near metro station.

I arrived around 1pm and when asked was told that I wouldn't be able to check in until 4. That it was a holiday weekend and they were waiting for checkouts. Waiting to see if customers were extending. The 2 people at the desk were lacking customer service skills. Since I was unable to check in. I asked if my luggage could be held. Was told that they did not have a place for that. Then I asked if they had anyplace that I could sit and that was also a negative. So I went to a fast food place to sit. Got back at 3:30 and was able to check in. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and was told that I could not change it because it was restricted. The room reeked of smoke and I was in the back facing the parking lot. There were roaches and the outlets were faulty or not working. I will not be using this hotel again or referring it.
