My husband and I spent two nights here for his birthday weekend and it was the perfect place to stop. We were in and out of the hotel for entertainment purposes but overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Hotel charged me $345 at check in, then sent me a receipt with a lower amount & never corrected it with my bank. For the past 3 weeks I’ve had a charge of $345, then when I left multiple messages for a manager to call me back that never happened. Today I spoke to the manager Jay who addressed me as “slim” and then proceeded to hang up on me 4 different times because he couldn’t explain why they never fixed the charge. Highly not recommended unless you wanna be scammed out of money and then disrespected by management. Food was nasty Bed was hard Had to request the sheets to be changed at check in Never will I book here again.

There were NO and I mean NO lights in the room. I had to sit in the bathroom to read my reports and also my book. How is it possible for a designer not to know that any businessperson needs to review their work product! My daughter had her wedding at the Crown Plaza in Melbourne Beach, Fl, 15 years age--we loved the place!! Sad to say I will never recommend your place to anyone in the future!
