The staffs were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has 3 elevators but only one seemed to work. The AC was only blowing out warm air and we felt stuffy inside of the room. Our window view was the inside of dining area so we couldn’t open our window to let in some fresh air. Their breakfast was delicious.

The hotel has an elevator problem. Out of the 3 guest elevators only one was working during our 5 day stay. The hotel books large groups so getting to and from your room floor is a big problem. This seems to be a constant problem at this hote.

Went up to room to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet. The beds weren’t made and it smelled musty. Went downstairs to tell front desk, a manager greeted me and fixed it right away and was very kind! Thank you for being accommodating and taking care of me even with a small issue!

The property was overall pretty good. One of the staff seemed to have an attitude when I asked for towels and wash cloths. There was only towels and was cloths for 2 ppl in the room when the room was booked for 3 ppl. Then there wasn’t any available until the next morning. Also I ended up falling in the shower due to whatever cleaning agent that was used to clean the shower. Thank God I didn’t hurt myself.
