I’m not one to complain but this was one of my worst stays ever. To start off the staff was very nasty and acted like everything was an issue. The property is really big and there is a bell boy who is supposed to take guest to the room and also when checking out. Well if you are staying here be prepared to haul your luggage back and fourth over a big bridge for about a 15 mins. we called front desk many times requesting a bell boy. The entire stay no one and the phone.. security, front desk, no one. You were basically on your own here. They advertise a lot of things that they actually do not have. The room smelled really bad. Lucky they were able to change my room. But the room had bugs and ants everywhere. We would kill bugs daily. The only positive thing about this stay is the spacious rooms and the balcony.The furniture and property are in need of a big upgrade. The couch in the room is disgusting the material was pealing off of the sides. Bed sheets had stains and wholes in it, the curtains had stains as well. Thankfully my group was able to hire a driver who took us around the island since we wanted to spend the least amount of time on the property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The smell of the room as horrible there were ants all over the air conditioning didn't work in the bedroom, their was mold in the kitchen sink and the pullout bed was disgusting. I couldn't stay here.

This is the worst Wyndham property we have ever stayed at... This property is old and run down 2 of the listed restaurants have been out of business for more than a year the casino smells like mold so bad we didn't use it. only thing nice about this place is they do have a large marina and The area is nice an close to the airport and Simpson bay. we stay 3 weeks
