Everything was good. Toilet didn’t flush but immediately someone came to take care of it. Very clean and comfortable room. Granddaughter liked pool and hot tub!

The toilet doesn't flush properly, the tub water doesn't drain well, the room is lit poorly and the curtains don't shut tight or easily. The parking lot has pot holes and could use some work.

The absolute worst customer service we have ever had! We travel a lot and book rooms through Expedia and have never had an issue. We were traveling though, it was midnight and we had already booked a room earlier in the day. As we were trying to check in the lady at the counter (whom seemed to dislike her job whole heartedly) told us she was not able to pull up our reservation. I had it in our phone and our app and offered it to her. She then stated she found it, but uh oh… here computer was stuck in the spinning wheel of death on their booking website. Keep in mind the hotel was a quarter full at best and our booking was for $89. She refused to honor our booking and stated if we wanted a room it was $150 plus fees! Seriously??? After she found the reservation and I still had it up on my phone?? Total money grab and taking advantage!! They should be ashamed of themselves!! Guess when you hate your job you do t have the company interest at heart. Or… maybe you do by manipulating the “money grab”!! Buyer beware!!

Best place I have stayed at in Colby! All the staff was super friendly and the pool is open 24 hours which is a big plus especially traveling with kids. We checked in around 8pm and it was nice to let the baby swim and get energy out after a long car ride.
