From the moment you walk in the place smells like mould or dampness. It’s so old and outdated. The floor had dirty marks all over it and the power points in the lounge area did not work. For $400 a night it was horrible.

All outdoor facilities were well maintained. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Great pool and play area for kids and we liked that we could get lunch, snacks and drinks around pool area. Food at restaurant was lovely too. Resort rooms and restaurant and bar a bit outdated but overall the rooms were comfy and spacious and the beauty of the property is you don’t have to leave once you arrive. We will definitely go back. Good value for money.

Lovely location just north of town. Friendly and informative staff and clean room (1 bedroom apartment). Restaurant food and service was excellent. Had the best Pina Colada mocktail I’ve ever had! On the down side…undercover parking was very limited. We had quite a long walk from the muddy, outside parking area to our room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Quiet close to beach lots of facilities being woken at 1am was not good with fire alarm and no direction people using lift not seeing any staff while guest stayed on upper floors then alarm stops and still see no staff to be told its clear to go back to room

Our room was dated. Both TV's were very dated and tiny. No channel 7 reception at all. They were not smart and had no ability to stream any provider. The bathroom had a small step between the basin area and the bathroom. Consider it to be a hazard, particularly at night. The bath should be replaced with a proper shower. However the restaurant and bar service and food were excellent.

The resort itself was really lovely and we enjoyed our stay. We were in the terraces and the parking was absolutely terrible. We had to park ages away and walk all bags up to the room up a steep hill and multiple stairs. It seems to be the larger building in the other side of the late had heaps of parking and would be more accessible

This property is old and very tired although the room was clean and bed comfortable. Set on beautiful grounds but unfortunately I could not see it because I was looking into a brick wall. The foyer area and walkways are covered with dated terracotta tiles, not a very inviting first impression. No deadlock or chains on the room doors. Restaurant food was good and staff were very friendly. No daily house keeping service I stayed for 2 nights and would not stay there again

This is a decent one night stopover. Would not book for a longer holiday. The property is “tired”. All updates and maintenance have been deferred. It’s clean. The restaurant was completely self service despite appearing like a regular restaurant. My partners steak was decent. My pasta was bland.

The grounds are beautiful and staff are lovely and it is clean but it is a very outdated facility with popcorn ceilings, aged fit-outs and basic room amenities. Our toilet broke on the first flush but staff were great in fixing it. Stated as 4 star but that would have been in the 90’s.
