Impressive staff at reception area, very friendly and accommodating. Our room was fresh and clean. Food very well priced and enjoyable from on site restaurant. We enjoyed outstanding service from Kate, Ha and Fred. The hotel is value for money. Sad to see it looking so tired externally.
