We have stayed here before and like the hotel. Shame the a la carte restaurant was closed on the Sunday night we stayed.Staff were pleasant and friendly . All of the disabled parking was being used during our two day stay.Difficult to create hotel ambiance with the hotel entrance and the roadworks as they are.

If your looking for fancy 4 star look elsewhere

Needs refurbishing on the facilities bit outdated . Room is quite nice not 4 star rating though aircon is either freezing or off making room stuffy first night my toddler kept waking crying saying cold ended up having to have off the rest of stay at night . Pool bar only open over the Christmas period not in school holidays in January over Australia Day weekend like really so don’t book this place if you want to relax at the pool bar with a few cocktails . Staff were friendly though happy hour is good dinner at restaurant surprisingly was decent we enjoyed and they do nice cocktails

We decided to come back for another stay and basically to swim in the pool. This time we couldn't fault the service, quality and atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt like the team in the restaurant over the past 2 nights were excellent and uber professional, a highlight in fact. We were let down by the accommodation itself. I don't recommend the 3rd floor, we were kept awake both evenings by loud teenagers above us and young families full of energy until midnight next to us. Coming back I'd love to request the 4th floor. Still a great place for a stopover or when you need some downtime to relax by the pool. Thanks team.

The toilet door required substantial force to open or close. By marks on door it looked as though that wasnt a new problem. Requested assistance and were given a new room that had air con on full blast and adjuster didnt work. We just put up with it. Pity as used to be fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay

Long weekend well spent. We are relaxed abd comfortable. All staffs are friendly and helpful. The thing I find missing is a microwave oven or somewhere we can reheat are food but above all it was a great experience.

Good place with very limited food options.

Great place, would have extended our stay by another day but for the following 2 issues: 1. Aircon in room was centralised and not cool enough. It being high summer time, we were sweating at night. 2. They did not cater for vegetarians/vegans. Menu had only 2 salad like options and no mains. The resort is approx 8 kms from jetty so had to go out each time and couldn't enjoy the resort as much.

Great place to stay. The bar and food choices are offered at a reasonable price. Rooms are well maintained. Service is at a minimum of fuss. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Great pool and spa. Nice walk along the privately accessed beach. Highly recommended!

Whilst we enjoyed every moment in the pool and meeting new people, we knew that we'd only return for that reason. The restaurant is convenient but expensive for the quality and service. Every meal there was a mistake or something forgotten, it boiled down to lack of staff and it being busy. The staff tried their best, but appeared overwhelmed. The rooms are basic, clean and cold, as the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We still had a nice time and were left alone and that's always a plus.
