The lady was very friendly and welcoming at check in. The property is in disrepair. I was rather disappointed in the structure and signage. Positively thankful the AC works. We run hot and there was no way I felt comfortable leaving the window cracked. We will see if my vehicle is in one piece in the morning.

The hotel was older however well maintained and clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location for families stying for Silverwood or Triple Play. We loved that we were able to get 3 queen size beds. Only thing that was hard was only 1 entrance in and out .

Great location, nice pool, but the bathtub was clogged, one of the trims in the bathroom was coming off and the towel and soap situation could have a lot better. When there are 4 guests in the room please provide that many soaps and towels.

While checking in we were told the pool was down for maintenance for the next few days. Being on vacation we promised our kids a motel with a pool. When we got into our room it smelt extremely strong of cigarettes. We opened the window to let it air out and being on the 3rd floor the window had no screen which isn’t safe for my young children. We went back downstairs and requested a refund. They said we could have a refund but have to do it through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the motel multiple time but the motel never responded. We called the motel multiple times to and were assured we’d get a refund. It never happened. Not a good experience for our family vacation. We had to buy another motel room for 3 days which we didn’t financially prepare for.

Short overnight stay, so not a lot to critique. Had to have front desk make the TV operable since it was set to HDMI 2 and the generic remote wouldn’t allow us to select input. One very hidden button on the TV fixed it, but the process ate about an hour. Also, the breakfast was a bit meager, but I’ve had far worse. A little more variety would be welcome. But overall, fine enough for the price.

This was the dirtiest disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. The room had a horrible chemical smell, filthy windows, dirty pillowcases, a huge stain on the carpet and extremely dated. I checked out the same day I checked in. After submitting a complaint, and speaking directly with the hotel manager and Hotels.com where I was told a refund would be applied, both the hotel chain and Hotels.com chose to decline a refund. Never book through Expedia/Hotels.com again. Horrible experience.

Our second time staying at this hotel because it is priced right for what you get. When you travel for club sports it adds up and this hotel gets the job done! Only complaint was the pool...it was pretty gross. So much so that two 14 year old boys got out. That's saying something!

Was very disappointed in upkeep compared to other Ramada’s I’ve stayed recently. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Paint peeling in bathroom. Elevator was filthy. Outside trash cans not emptied for 2 days. Over flowing. No artwork as decoration on any walls. Left very unpleasant, cold feeling. Should have taken pics but didn’t. Sorry for that.

Absolutely the worst hotel on the plant. Room was full of stains and smelled like human pee. Bed frame was broken. People yelling and running all over, I got shoulder checked in the hallway by someone running. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful plus lied about giving us a refund then didn’t. Some guy yelled at me for a bug outside making noise. Location is horrible and very inconvenient. This hotel should be removed from Expedia's options.
