Nice place too stay for a couple night’s while visiting silverwood, don’t think I’d wana use the pool tho looked like it had that thick nasty foam in the hot tub. Breakfast was definitely decent tho!

Very welcoming front desk. Took advice for restaurant of young man who checked us in. It was a wonderful suggestion. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little chaotic and not well laid out. Were out of many items. Otherwise a good stay.

While most nights it was fine, both the Friday and Saturday night were noisy with the doors closing. I was in room 202. I have always stayed here and it's usually a great stay. It is hard to get to as you have to drive through a parking lot for access. The front desk help, LeAnn was amazing and very helpful. I am very upset with the manager Tim, as I was charged as pending for each night and double charged pending $918.04 when I checked out on Sunday, August 18th. My charge of $918.04 for the 4 nights did post on August 18. There is still a pending charge of $918.04 on my credit card on 8-23-2024. I was actually triple charged for my stay as pending on my credit card on 8-18-24. I have called both Expedia and the hotel. Expedia told me the holds were from the hotel. Tim is the manager and doesn't seem as this is an issue as it still has not been released. Having a triple hold on my credit card is unacceptable. I have asked Tim to call me directly and he has not. It's usually a great place to stay, with great staff. Triple charging as a hold on my credit card is unacceptable.

The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. But there was a couple patches on the walls. The mattress was not that comfortable and extremely noisy, there’s no getting out of bed with out waking up your spouse or vice versa.

BEG BUG ALERT! I stayed at La Quinta Coeur d'Alene from 8/1/2024 (Thursday)-8/3/2024 (Saturday). I don't remember the room number but it was on the second floor directly across from the stairs (last room). I am completely appalled by my experience at this hotel and genuinely hope no one has to experience the same. Saturday morning when I woke up I started having itching on my legs. Turns out I had 27 bug bites on both legs. We had already checked out and I didn't realize it was bed bugs until I saw my doctor on Monday. This completely spiraled my life. I left a message right away for the general manager with no reply. A few days later I called and talked to the front desk and they assured me the manager would get back to me. No reply. I contacted Wyndham Rewards (I am a member and credit card holder) - run around. Contacted Wyndham Hotels - run around. Once I found out what this was bed bugs (that Monday) I had to leave work early and completely remediate my home, luggage, clothing, etc. Lost wages, stress, cleaning cost and time, etc. It sent me into a mental spiral and created paranoia at every turn. The bed bugs is one thing....the lack of response and customer service is something else completely. This is leading to me ceasing my 10 year relationship with Wyndham as I seek to do business with companies that value their customers. Lastly, I am not one to leave bad reviews (check my profile) - I am one to handle things head one and I have tried - multiple times. This is tru

Hotel was nice, front desk not so much.
Once I finally found my way to the hotel, it was great. The hotel is situated at the back of a parking lot behind a closed restaurant that’s surrounded by weeds and a couple semi trucks. I saw no signs indicating access to the front of the hotel so it took some driving around the large lot to figure out how to get to the front office. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The gentleman who helped with check-in that evening was fabulous…courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. Check out the next morning was quite different. I checked out at the front desk just before 8am and the woman at the desk made me feel that I was bothering her and was not friendly in the least. Did not appreciate that at all.

The property itself was fine, although it was beside a run down and abandoned restaurant. Access to the hotel was very strange with poor signage. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The room was so small and overcrowded that we could eat even eat. There was only one staff member working it and he was angry and complaining. We ended up waiting an hour and then finally left. Such a waste.
