The receptionist was not professional, anyone that sits around twirling their hair should probably not be the greater of guest. She did not ask any questions about the room choice or desires. The Room, on the second floor, had a view of ONLY the roof top. The rooms have older carpet, furniture and mattress.

GREAT LOCATION & VERY COMFORTABLE
The Hampton Inn & Suites of CDA was very comfortable. We had a king room, and it was nice to see a slightly different arrangement than the "standard" hotel room arrangement. Even though our room faced the parking lot and we could see I-90 in the distance, it was super quiet; the room-darkening blinds were an added bonus. The desk attendant at check-in was very friendly and made our late evening arrival a breeze. Located just a little over 1 block from the Spokane River and some nice eateries, it's a nice location. Would stay here again!

Walking in set the tone. Clean and lovely. Staff very friendly and we had a choice of the floor we wanted. The room was clean and had the amenities we wanted. A nice warm, complimentary continental breakfast was available. Very quiet, which was really nice! Will definitely stay here again!!
