Floors in room dirty and gritty. Limited TV options. Curtains in room thin so let light in. Shower head low so tall people had to duck under and do best they could. Slippery floor in tub.

This property worked out great for our group of 5. We were greeting with live music outside the lobby and a horse and carriage ride around the property. It’s an older property but was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the rodeo so convenient. Pool was closed due to recent dust storm so that was a bummer but we were only there one night so wasn’t a problem. Beds comfy could have used a couple more pillows but would stay here again

The staff was fun and friendly. We got to experience carriage rides pulled by a couple large Belgian Horses, as well as ride around with Cookie the miniature horse in a golf kart. All complimentary and offered weekly. 24 hour pool access was another nice feature.

Room appeared clean. Bedding needs to be replaced as sheets had a small hole in the and the comforter was piled. Roof needs to be replaced on some of the buildings and could use some other general maintenance. Walls have little to no insulation as we can hear the people above us, next to us and outside. Pool was closed the entire time we were there.

We really enjoyed staying at this motel we had booked for 3 days. They had live music every Friday night from 6-8 & free carriage ride around the property fun for kids, a nice heated pool and 2 person seating outside each door very nice. The beds were ok a little hard for my liking but I like a soft bed. The room was very clean and smelled nice and fresh. We rooms were a bit small with small bathrooms but doable. Overall a good place to stay prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend.

This property really needs fixed up and cleaned up with some updates. There’s no coffeemaker or microwave in the room, so that was disappointing. They have coffee available where you check in, but that was a walk and it was raining, so that didn’t happen. There was a very nice hotel about a block away that was amazing for the same price.
