It looked nice when you entered the lobby and you could tell the rooms have been updated somewhat, but the shower had so much hair in it that it made me gag and then when we were packing up to leave we found a massive roach on my husbands bag! I told many people and they said the manager would contact me but it’s been almost a week and nothing!

The elevator was out of service. This Hotel is antiquated and is actually a freshly painted Motel with a mix of very old furniture with some new. I would not recommend nor would I pay to stay here again when the prices are similar to other more equipped much nicer establishments. The doors are not secure and the room was clean but it was clear someone had smoked previously my allergies bothered me immediately. Most of the staff were nice. We were suppose to stay another night. We cancelled! We paid full price checked in extremely late due to travel and management still tried to make us pay extra for an hour we respectfully declined. Save your resources and go elsewhere. We booked because the ratings were good now I’m questioning if the reviews were paid.

Nice Caribbean style hotel. Relaxed environment but in need of some facelifting. Checkin staff superb but housekeeping a bit iify as we put the makeup room tag on our door, and it dissappeared with no cleaning done ! Easy beach access and free beach chairs and parasols for loan. Whole area has a relaxed vibe.
