The good with the bad

Beds were clean, showers were warm and staff was friendly. Floors were dirty and don’t get cleaned between users. Pool was clean and warm. Short walk to the beach. It’s not a great hotel but it’s still worth an affordable stay by the beach. Use one of their towels to clean the floors and it’s ok.

Highly disappointed with the cleaning of the exterior area. My room had water stains, dirty and just not worth the money. The second night they moved me and corrected the issue.

Not worth the money, in this area spend the money on a nice hotel, it’s worth it. This hotel has mold, most units don’t have a mini fridge, and it’s apparently a big human trafficking area based on the signs. They charge for early check in.

Sad start to our vacation. First room 263 had a door that couldn't lock and no weather seal. You could see around the door. Another reviewer noted this same thing only a week earlier we found so no maintenance is being done to correct known issues. Second room 256 had only 1 pillow per queen bad, a literal hole in the roof that was filled with spray foam, amongst other issues that would be bad in any other hotel but not worth mentioning at this point. Since then we found we were double charged but received a refund for the second fee. Its a cheap place so I didn't expect much but this was sad.

The room was terrible, it was really dirty, stains on the blankets and in the bathroom. There was also a really bad smell in the room. Impossible to sleep there. The reception didn’t spoke English, only Portuguese. Communication was really difficult. First they wanted an extra 30$ for a different room then we booked, because she said that our room isn’t available anymore. After a lot of discussion the booked room was surprisingly free. And now in the end, we are still trying to get our money back.

Staff was very nice but room was very musty. Strong unpleasant odor. Definitely not the nicest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for. It is cheaper but be prepared why.

Property has a known German cockroach problem. Found two love ones and a half dead one. Didn't get the room we had booked. Booked a kitchenette room and got there and they didn't have one available. Assistant manager Jennifer was very helpful in explaining everything and helping us cancel and refund the room. Would not stay there again.

Had a deluxe room reservation. Did not get a deluxe room took a few days to get with manger to get are money back at the end of are stay. Never came and cleaned the room or got new towels had to get ourselves. I guess making reservations dont matter
