I had to wait 3 hours after check in time for the room to be cleaned and the floor was dirty, there was supposed to be an eating table with 2 chairs and there was not. The pictures showed a nice bathroom and it wasn't.

Awesome location for the price - Cocoa Beach is my favorite place! Near restaurants, stores but most of all-the BEACH.

Room is very damp/humid. No WiFi. Front desk did not answer my call when I tried calling 3 different times. Only one power outlet in the room. We did not feel safe. Personal items left behind by cleaners/ previous guest. A nasty washcloth was left in the window.

Staff seemed nice. There were 3 of us, only one towel, two wash cloths and one hand towel available.Towels felt like sand paper. No coffee or coffee pot. Only 2 pillows per bed, used to 4, 2 pp. Bed didn't have mattress protector. It was stained and had a mildew spot. Sheets were stained as well. Roach crawling up the wall.

Nasty ,unclean, and unsafe

I’ve stayed at many motels, but this was by far the worst. First of all, it is basically a rent/live by the week or month establishment. Drug deals were going on outside our rooms and in the parking lot. And while we were gone for dinner, someone broke into our room. The linen was stained. I don’t know with what. And there was no phone in the room. And the kitchenette consisted of a 3 foot refrigerator and a microwave on top. And the smell in the room was horrific…Do not listen to their reviews. It was absolutely There is no way anyone could have a good experience in this establishment…. And while we were there, multiple people checked in and checked right out. we flew into Florida therefore we had no vehicle. But we found mercy at the Hilton and they gave us a room.🙏

Out 163 dollars

We checked in and the man at the front desk was nice enough. We got our keys and had to take our suitcases up the stairs. It was a Motel 6 no elevator, that is to be expected. Got to the room after walking past several people sitting outside of the rooms smoking. Opened our door and the room had a foul odor, wooden floors with paint stains and a small television with two queen beds not a stick of furniture! We went to eat and saw several nice hotels by the pier with ocean view balconies we went back to our place and more people were sitting outside of their rooms smoking and now they had animals. The weird thing is there is No furniture in the room so where do they get these chairs? We left and got a balcony room at another hotel. I paid 163 dollars for the room at Motel 6! I will never stay at a Motel 6 again, let the buyer beware. Nice room at a resort hotel was 235 dollars 72 dollars more but worth every penny. I did not ask about a refund I am sure the guy at the hotel would say I paid Motels. Com not him.

The first room we were assigned had barely a trickle of water in the bathroom and the TV didn’t work. It appeared not to have been updated in the last 25 years. They moved us to another room which was somewhat better and did have decent water pressure. There are no hair dryers in the room and only two small bars of soap. No need to exfoliate in the shower; the towels will do that for you when drying off!
