They overcharged me, admitted the error, then told me I was refunded but I never received the refund. I have called them over 5x and they keep apologizing, blaming each other, but the refund never happens. The stat itself was indescribably terrible. Every single day, the keycard to my room was inactivated because they kept programming it for only a few hours. So every time I needed to get into my room, I had to go to the front desk and have them reprogram the card. Again, they kept apologizing and blaming the previous shift worker. Anytime we needed towels or bedding, they said “we will bring them right up” and they never showed up. The toilet clogged with minimal toilet paper. Everything was awful.

On a main road, stayed one night room was dingy and not very clean. Had to wear flip flops the floor was so dirty. Just all round not a nice place to stay especially with children.

The pros: hotel is located close enough (30min drive ) to KSC and 5 min drive to Cocoa Beach Pier. Check in is speedy. Breakfast although served on paper plates and plastic utensils is filling enough. Delicious Hazelnut coffee and great waffles! Cons: it’s dated, bathrooms could do with some revamp. But it’s a price thing so I guess it was expected. Overall, family of 4, happy enough. Big bonus - pool and water is warm! Opened till 10pm!

Enjoyed our stay

Stay was great. My wife and I were only in town for one night to compete in a local Triathlon. The hotel was conveniently located for us in a nice place and easy to find. Check in and out were super easy. The room was spacious updated and clean. Personal were friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent hotel for atay before cruise. It's walking distance to beach nearby and plenty of food option. The pool was nice and warm for March weather which is a bonus.
