Katie at check in was very friendly and extremely helpful! The room was ready before the time promised and clean. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and kept things available and very neat. There were several options for a continental breakfast and all real fresh. Great stay and great value for our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel and be back to stay again.

Air conditioning and bathroom facilities could use updating. Everything was clean and comfortable water. Pressure seemed low in the shower. Air conditioner, a little noisy but functioning.

When I booked this hotel, there was nothing stating about having to pay a deposit, usually this is stated under the fees and policy section. My husband was being watched when leaving the room. I will never stay here again.

Great location by the pier, Nice clean comfortable bedding a/c worked okay great heated pool nice clean and sizeable, close to couple of restaurant/pubs within walking distance, shuttles to ports are great do recommend

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are nice and feel clean. Bathroom door didn't lock but it wasnt a big deal for us. Wish the fridge had a freezer. Bathroom (shower and toilet) was very small. Everything else was good. Never tried breakfast yet
