All the staff we met were lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful when needed.
The decor of the room was tired and staining on carpets, curtains and mattresses. The bathroom although not dirty was just a bit dated and tired.
Excellent location for commute to London Waterloo just a 20min drive to Surbiton.
There were also some items left in hallways dirty underwear, shoes, food rubbish and again tired and worn carpets.
We used this as a retreat form the big city and it's served its purpose but just not the best quality.
Stayed here a few times, so far it has been very clean, friendly, and staff polite and helpful. Lots of food choices next door in services which is good if youre planning a day out and want to take food or want dinner or snacks.
Very good check-in experience fast and informative. Lovely large room and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and an excellent night's sleep. There are better hotels with a better bar etc nearby. However they are nowhere near the value of this hotel. So it depends on your requirements and, of course, your budget.
It located in a rest area. Parking is kind of crowded. Even though cars go and come. It's not hard to find a space.

Room was clean-ish. The carpet in hallways leading to the room was absolutely disgusting. Front staff was friendly, although the early morning person was new and couldn't offer any information about the local taxi service.

Great food options next door with 24hr mcdonalds if needed food for late arrival.easy to get to from heathrow. Comfortable beds & good shower power with nice toiletries.
Didnt like dust in room on shelves & fittings. Very untidy corridors with hoovers/trolleys on arrival at 1am.

Poorly maintained
I stayed with my daughter for one night as we had a long way to travel.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, I have no complaints about them. The hotel, however, had absolutely filthy carpets throughout the whole place including the bedroom. Carpets were dirty, stained and overall poorly maintained giving the impression that it never gets cleaned.
The bed and bathroom were lovely and clean but everything else was a let down.
Breakfast was terrible, counters were not wiped and there were bread crumbs everywhere. Cold drinks jugs were not refilled and there wasn't a member of staff to ask for help apart from a person working in the kitchen.
I paid for my daughter to have breakfast but I wish I hadn't.
Overall I would say that if you're not staying long it is an ok hotel, but not for more than 1 night.
