Bring your own pillows if you planning to use pull-out bed, as hotel won't provide them. Pillows on main beds very soft/unsubstantial. Will look for a more guest oriented place in future.
Just what we needed away from the main road in from Lubbock and away from the trains. Very nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had an excellent and delicious options!
Checked in after dark. When we got to the room, all the lamps were off so the switch wouldn’t work. Had to fiddle in the dark to find the lights. Other than that the room was fine and large. Breakfast was awful! We went to eat at 7, an hour after breakfast started and there was barely anything left. Hot breakfast had a couple biscuits left and a scoop of eggs. At no time did it get refilled. Coffee was empty l, water was empty. The lady working the dining area was too busy talking to the girl behind the check in desk than to make sure things were being filled. Only thing I saw her fill was the yogurts. And every chair in the dining area had rips and tears in the pleather.
The staff waa incredibly kind and very helpful! The site itself is older and can see areas where it appears older. We enjoy staying here because it is very close to our family and a great price.
