Check in was a nightmare. First couldn’t find reservation even though I showed it on my phone. Female who was checking me in seemed unsure of what she was doing. I’d reserved 2 rooms. I was charged got one, then the other. After second time running my card, dhe told me that transaction didn’t go through and was cancelled. I would have up run my card a third time. I refused until I checked bank accounts that showed 2 charges. She then said “oh I see that payments were completed. She had to call her husband, I guess, to complete the booking. He was very professional and completed reservation quickly.
The floors in hallways in front of room were buckled almost causing my daughter and I to trip and fall. Hole in the side of tub in room 101 and paint chipping around bathroom door. Hotel has changed to RedRoof Inn since the last time I was in Clinton. Nothing has changed but the name. I was reminded why my family stopped staying here several trips ago. The bees were comfortable although I didn’t sleep well due to construction workers in room above being loud most of the night. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures.
