Very satisfied with room. At 8 am breakfast was very skimpy… most of hot items gone ( pans empty) We checked back to see if replenished after about 15 minutes and still empty pans for hot food items. There were lots of choices in area to find breakfast. We would stay here again if needed when in area.

The night shift was super nice their was issues with our toilet leaking and my pajamas pants got wet yes they switched rooms and then I talked to the manager and she was extremely rude saying there was nothing wrong with the toilet that someone pee’d on the floor and she can’t do refunds. I didn’t ask for a refund ask to speak to the GM she said I can email him and then he forwarded the email back to the rude lady!! Michelle Carroll Is on site management and she had no customer service and customer care she was very rude stating the people pee on the floor all the time👀 we did not pee on the floor the toilet was diffently leaking, she stated in the reply email that maintenance tighten the toilet just in case and that they would only refund 1 day and we could leave. Warsaw is a small community and I go down there a lot. Other than the straight rudeness and toilet this is a place I would have stayed a lot the pool was great the night shift was great. I spent 239.00 for 2 days…
