The place is run down. The room was muggy. The carpets were stained in various places with various colors. The counter in the bathroom was barely attached. The TV didn’t work and no one could help fix it. The coffee in the room was terrible. The desk had some old adhesive stuck and peeling on its surface. The desk chair was torn up. The hot tub was closed off. I would not recommend staying here.

Well when I checked in the clerk was very nice which is your second shift. We got to the room and the musty dirty air was so strong that I had to spray it with my perfume! I was upset that the hot tub was not working and down for good it looked like! Which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel because your web site said there was a hot tub! The pool area was not very clean always had to ask for towels! Now your first shift gal needs to be fired very rude when I was leaving on Saturday I stopped and told her we just needed towels and not to worry about cleaning it and then she told me to wait and I could take the towels to my room myself with a crappy attitude! Then o told her I was not going to my room to go ahead and have cleaning girls do it , she acted like I was bothering her. Then when I got back to the hotel I was laying in the bed and noticed a white to go container in the shelf under the tv! I went and picked it up and there was dried up lettuce and dressing I hope anyway. So I needed another room for Saturday night the same with that room smelling musty. Now mind you I had my 2 sons and then my 2 grown kids with there 3 kids in the other room, we went down to eat breakfast which was fine but no milk and when we asked to get some the clerk very rudely told us she could not do anything about it until someone else showed up!!! Then another customer asked and she told her the same thing, then she comes in very rudely and tells they have no milk ! Without even checking

Property is showing its age. Carpet could use replacing. As with many areas they are running with reduced staff to have rooms ready at time of checkin. Bed was comfortable and fridge worked in the room.

The television in the bedroom didn’t work. There were no sheets, blanket or pillows for the pullout in the living room. Stayed three nights. No cleaning g or fresh towels. Don’t mind reusing towels but no towel bars and one hook in the bathroom. We did get fresh towels at the front desk on request. The worst pillows we have ever used.

Our first room had ants and the second room they put us in wasn’t much cleaner. The hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold.

Hotel is dirty. Upon checking into our room we immediately noticed an odor. The couch and chair was badly stained. The carpet was stained a red color by the bed and randomly on the carpet elsewhere. The bed had something on the bedsheets that was brown and crusty. Finger prints throughout the room on glass/mirrors/etc. We had the front desk receptionist check out the room and they agreed it was not fit to stay in. They gave us another room. The other room had similar issues… filthy furniture, stains, etc. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to go elsewhere and stay. We went to the Holiday Inn nearby and stayed for the same price. Holiday Inn is very well maintained. Unfortunately, refunds are not immediately received and it’s a process getting refunded. If you’re expecting a clean room, this is not for you.
