We like the free parking and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Nice lounge area and great breakfast. The bathroom are clean and bright. The body wash in the shower was empty.

Check in was hard was not told that i would need a $50 deposit as i had paid in full for the room on the website. And that it is a no cash facility First given and uncleaned room. Second room nice but no trash can. Breakfast good. Everything very clean. In all 4 stars out of five.

This property is a gem. You wouldn’t know it based on the surrounding area but we’ve stayed here twice and have had excellent experiences. The staff is nice, check-in and check-out is seamless, rooms are clean, and the free breakfast and parking is a nice perk. A great location if you’re visiting the Cleveland Clinic or any of the surrounding universities. Only downside is that you’ll have to drive to get something to eat. I would not walk anywhere around this property at night.

The hotel was nice and was convenient to getting to Cleveland Browns stadium. Area wasn’t good and the power was out at a crucial time but wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I was told a car hit a pole and knocked the power out. My daughter couldn’t do her hair because of this and she had an interview with the Browns.
