The hotel was easy to get to and easy to park. I did notice security in the lot. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The Mattress in room 415 needs to be replaced.

Meets my criteria
This is my 3rd stay in a Tru by Hilton, the other 2 times was at the location in Charlotte, NC area. It meets my criteria for a good hotel: It's clean, the room is quiet, It's got good water pressure in the shower and lots of hot water, the bed is comfortable and the room thermostat works, hot coffee in the morning, and lastly the employees are friendly and helpful. The only negative this time is they forgot to fill the shampoo container in the room.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Reserved a king room but no king rooms were available when we got there. A few issues with the room. Fan in bathroom wouldn't turn off. Lamps had a short. Button on lamp broken. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Good value and great way to stay on Cleveland
Easy to reach from the highway. Conveniently located. Pet friendly. (Although be aware that yhere is a non-refundable pet fee. $50 for my 32 lb dog.)
