The dingy aspects would not have been so hard to deal with if we could have counted on a somewhat proper breakfast. We travel to ride MTB. We need a proper breakfast in the am and always stay somewhere that offers breakfast. No protein, coffee situation was terrible, cereal stale, homeless lady that smelled like feces sat right next to us and wanted to talk to us while she ate her breakfast. We felt so bad for her, but also we like peace in the early am, and we were trying to have a conversation about our plans for the day, including the issue with needing to find a proper breakfast and decent cup of coffee. We apparently arrived 30 minutes earlier than the check in time, and they were going to charge us an extra $50 instead of just telling us that, or being hospitable or anything remotely professional. It didn't appear that they were very busy, so they must be scrounging for any extra cash they can get out of people. Came back for a nap between hard exercise and housekeeping kept banging on our door, even though we asked for a do not disturb sign. Front desk assured us no one would try to come in unless we requested services. Rough stay. Basically camping indoors. At least the water was hot in the shower.

The room was dirty. Couldn’t check in before our event because the guy working couldn’t figure it out. They had me get ready in their bathroom. It was dirty mess. Bugs in sink. Couldn’t even sit to use bathroom! Nasty

There's a side door that is open all night long. Our room had no remote for the tv and after finding one, had consistent connectivity problems, the chain lock on the door was broken, the toilet didn't flush well and had a slight leak.

Staff at front desk didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t care about our concerns. Bugs all over the bed and in the tub. Room was filthy and disgusting. Service was awful. We thought about sleeping in the car it was so bad.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I should have read all the warnings before. Had to cancel my trip due to Hurricane Milton which hit Tampa where I live. The hotel denied my refund. And this was after 5 days just trying to reach someone to place the refund request. I will NEVER consider this awful hotel again!!!! Spend a little more money and stay at a clean safe hotel

It was a welfare hotel with people living in it. When we went to our room someone had taken it over and stayed in it. We were given another room and There was garbage in the garbage can, the tub was filthy and the mattress had a definite dip in middle. Neither the TV nor WiFi worked. Even though we prepaid for it we left and went to another hotel. We are. Trying to get our money back. Very substandard and felt very unsafe

You could smell mold the second you walked into the room. The shower curtain and multiple places in the shower had very clear mold. The carpet in the room and tile in the bathroom were both sticky. And there was dried blood splattered on the ceiling.

The staff were nice but not friendly. The hotel is in a great area of town and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in rough shape. The room had been cleaned just before we checked in and there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. The sink, counter and tub were still wet. The sheets were clean but the comforter was either dirty or stained. The bed was very comfortable. The floor and shelves were dirty
