Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Dining room was awful. We went for a quick dinner at about 8 pm and the overworked waitress presented a list of things that were not available -- most of the menu. Parking was very expensive at $21 per night, adding an additional $42 to our bill. That was a ripoff.

The corner room was very spacious and quiet, staff were very friendly. Very easy and big parking lot next to the hotel. We stayed two nights to visit Case Western. There was no shower gel when we first checked-in but since it was past 1am I didn't ask for refill assuming it will be refilled the next day, but there was no room service the next day for some reason, maybe I have to request one I am not sure. Upon returning in the evening we need to quickly rest to catch an early morning flight so again I didn't call room service to get it refilled. It could simply be a oversight and no big deal. We had very good two night rests at the hotel and would stay again if we come back.

Parking was inconvenient, some of staff was less than courteous, lobby refreshments often without cups and coffee. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Somewhat disappointed to have to pay an additional $20 a day for parking, which they charged $100 to my card at check in for 3 days parking and any additional charges incurred. As a Hilton Honors member I would think any charges would be done at checkout and not a deposit type charge. Other than the room the hotel does not meet what I perceive to be Hilton standards.

Beautiful

The person at desk when we got there did not even look up from what she was typing to ask if she could help us. She continued to type, and when she was good and done, she finally checked us in. The rest of the stay was amazing. The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful, and ALL the rest of the staff were excellent! The shuttle was a great asset. We could park our car and they would take us where we needed to go (within 2 miles) or come get us. We didn't need to drive.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times because of doctors appointments at Cleveland Clinic. I appreciate their larger rooms that are more affordable than other local offerings. The suites are especially nice when needing extra space for equipment and/or small children. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Adjacent fenced parking is safe and affordable. Much appreciated when traveling alone or with lots of stuff!!
