The place is very run down and in the process of being remodeled. We chose not to check in and asked for a refund. We were told to go through Expedia. Very dirty and unkept.

Good experience, stayed for three nights. Nice room, great staff. The only little hiccup is the WiFi was weak, but worked. Would definitely come back.

My room had paint peeling off the walls and door, moth eaten curtains, and the smoke detector went off every time I used my blow dryer. The sheets had stains on them. The room was dusty. The only saving grace was that the shower was nice and the bed and pillows were comfy. A huge red flag was the sign at the front desk that read NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK IN.

The property is currently having a portion renovated (its likely the entire property is eventually going to be renovated) but it's not trashy, dangerous or unsightly like some other rehabs I've seen. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice of a place it was for a very fair price. The only thing I wish was better was the restroom at the front of the building, it looked like it hadn't been inspected or cleaned for a couple of days. Great experience otherwise!

It is an old property that is being renovated. The staff was courteous and helpful. They switched us to a recently renovated room from a smelly, noisy one. The breakfast is a basic low-quality one. Parking is good and access to the interstate is also good. There are plenty of services in the area. I think it is expensive for what you get and too far from Cleveland.

Front desk man was very nice. Room in where I stayed in was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on inside the hotel but no biggie. My family and I felt safe. Would definitely come back to stay.
